2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion, chopped
1/3 cup celery chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can of tomato sauce (12 oz)
1 can of tomato paste (6 oz)
4 tablespoons Pizza seasoning (basil, oregano, fennel seed, garlic powder)
1 bay leaf
What you do:
1. Chop up celery, onion, garlic
2. Sauté them in olive oil until soft and transparent
3. Add tomato sauce and pasta. Stir until smooth then add spices and simmer 30-60 or not at all – depending on how much time you have.
4. Remove bay leaf and spread the sauce on your favorite prepared pizza dough!
