Hari Chutney (Indian Mint Chutney)

What you need:
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 fresh green chile
1 medium red onion
1 inch fresh ginger, diced
1 teaspoon mango powder
1 teaspoon, cumin seeds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small tomato, quartered
Salt to taste

What you do:
1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate
