Strawberry spinach smoothie 

 This delicious high protein, high fiber drink can serve as a meal replacement or as a side to your meal. 

What you need:

1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 scoop of whey protein
1/4 cup cold water

What you do:

1. Combine ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Enjoy.
