Sugar-free peach cobbler

What you need
Filling
3 packages frozen peaches
1 lemon, zested and juiced
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Topping
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 sticks smart balance butter, cut into pearl-size pieces
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons cold water

What you do
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. For the filling, toss the peaches in a large bowl with lemon zest & juice. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
3. For the topping, combine all ingredients except water in a food processor. Pulse until well combined for about 30 seconds. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until mixture is clumpy & crumbly.
4. Put the peaches on the bottom of a baking dish and cover with topping.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the filling is hot & bubbly and the topping is brown & crispy.
6. Serve hot with sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt.
