Tip: How to chop fresh herbs

Here’s a great little tip I picked up from the kitchn a couple years ago — a faster, easier way to mince fresh herbs. It is so easy, with very little clean-up and it works like a charm. This is how you do it.

1) Get a sharp pair of scissors, a glass and your herbs

2) Put the herbs in the glass

3) Snip up the glass until they are as fine as you need them. The glass contains the herbs in a small space and the end result is exactly how you need them … with a very little clean-up!
