What you need:
1 pkg ground turkey
1 package of white mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of smart balance spread
1 can of tomato sauce
1/4 can of tomato paste
1 pkg mushroom-onion dry soup mix
2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

What you do:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
2. Mix one packet of the mushroom-onion soup mix and 1tablespoon of Worcester sauce with the ground turkey.
3. Form 12 patties from the mixture.
4. Sear the patties on a hot pan. About 2-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove from pan onto platter.
6. Turn down the heat to low and heat oil and butter in it. Agg garlic and slowly cook to infuse the oil with the garlic flavor. Cook mushrooms in the garlic.
7. When the garlic starts to turn golden add in the remaining packet of Mushroom-Onion soup packet. Mix well.
8. Add tomato sauce, Worcester sauce, Bragg’s Amino Liquids, paste and blend well.
9. Add the patties into the gravy mixture and allow it to simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.
10. Serve with your favorite side. Enjoy!!
