Thick & fluffy pancakes

What you need:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4 cup milk

What you do:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat pan until it’s smokin’ hot.
3. Pour batter onto oiled griddle.
4. Wait until bubbles form on the perimeter of the pancake. Then flip it.
5. Wait 30 seconds and remove pancake from pan.
6. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
7. Serve warm with butter and syrup. Enjoy!
