Corn muffins, sugar-free

What you need:
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup lowfat milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg

What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease muffin tin.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
3. Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl.
4. Pour into tin.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
6. Cool, remove from tin and enjoy!
