Fried Ravioli

Deep fried ravioli with marinara sauce is a quick, easy, delicious appetizer.

What you need:

3 packages refrigerated, prepared ravioli

2 eggs

1/2 cup water

Italian bread crumbs

2 tablespoons chopped rosemary

1 jar of marinara sauce

What you do:

1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan until it’s hot enough to fry to about 325 degrees.

2. Create your egg wash but beating the two eggs and mixing in the water. Leave in shallow bowl for dipping.

3. Combine the bread crumbs and chopped rosemary.

4. Dip the prepared ravioli into the egg wash and then coat it with the bread crumb mixture.

5. Fry until golden brown

5. Serve hot with marinara sauce
