Sitara’s Simple Cinnamon bites

What you need:
1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuit in each container/small size)
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or brown sugar baking Splenda)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or baking Splenda)
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Butter-flavored baking spray.

What you do:
1. Wash your hands and preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Put aside.
3. Open the can of biscuits and cut each round into quarters. You will have 40 bite-sized portion when you finish.
4. Melt the butter and spray a metal cake round with your baking spray.
5. Put 2 tablespoons of the melted butter and top with the brown sugar.
6. Take your pieces of biscuit dough, dip into the remaining melted butter and coat with your cinnamon sugar.
7. Place close together in the prepared cake round until all 40 of your biscuit pieces fit.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
9. Pull out of oven when they are firm to touch and golden brown.
10. Invert the pan onto a plate. Remember the pan is hot so use oven mitts.
11. Enjoy!
