Garlic Fries

What you need:
6 Russet potatoes
2 heads of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then peel and slice potatoes
2. Combine 2 tablespoons of kosher salt with 4 cups of water.
3. Soak sliced potatoes in the salt water for 10 minutes.
4. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel.
5. Toss in 1/4 cup olive oil and half the minced garlic.
6. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
7. Bake for 15 minutes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
8. Flip the fries over and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
9. Pull the fries out.
10. Toss in a bowl with the remaining oil, garlic and parmesan cheese.
11. Enjoy!
