Beef & broccoli bowl

Ingredients:
6 oz sirloin steak
2 tablespoons ginger, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small red Onion, sliced
1/2 cup sliced carrot
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 Low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Garlic chili paste
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Process:
1. Slice need thinly against the grain
2. Combine soy sauce, corn starch and hoisin sauce.
3. Put the beef and sauce together to marinate the beef in a ziplock bag. Set aside for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
4. Cost large skillet with vegetable oil over high heat.
5. Remove the beef strips from the marinade and cook 2 minutes or until browned.
6. Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, broccoli and carrot over high heat.
7. Mix 1 tablespoon each of hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chili-garlic paste.
8. Add sauce, cover to allow veggies to steam until tender.
9. Add beef. Stir in green onions and serve with rice.
