Mexican Pizza

What you need:

1 package Mama Mary’s Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust (2 in a package)
1 large can fat-free vegetarian refried beans
6 oz of Greek yogurt, low fat
2 packages taco seasoning
1 packet of lean ground turkey meat
Shredded Mexican Cheese
4 Roma tomatoes sliced into rounds
1/4 purple onions, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Empty can of beans int a large pot over low-medium heat. Add one packet of taco seasoning and the Greek yogurt.
3. Leave on low heat while you prepare the meat. When the yogurt has melted into the beans remove from heat.
4. In a large skillet over high heat, add turkey and brown. Drain the fat. Reduce heat to medium and add a packet of taco seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.
5. Spread the beans out over both pizza crusts. Top the crusts with the turkey meat. Place the sliced tomatoes on both, followed by the onions and cilantro.
6. Top with cheese and bake for 12-15 minutes. If you have leftovers wrap individual portions in foil and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
