Smoky shrimp with guacamole appetizer

What you need:

For chips

2 red potatoes, thinly sliced

For shrimp

8 uncooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)

Spice rub (teaspoon each of cumin, paprika, red pepper and salt)

For guacamole 

2 ripe avocados

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

1/2 lime, squeezed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chile lime seasoning

What you do:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Put potato slices on one layer and put it in the oven.

3. After 5-7 minutes flip to cook on other side.

4. Make guacamole.

5. Dredge shrimp in spice rub. Sear in pan with olive oil.

6. Put one teaspoon of guacamole on chip and top with shrimp.
