2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 fresh cucumber diced, unpeeled
1 large Roma tomato, diced & seeded
1/2 purple onion, finely diced
Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chili flakes
1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Lemonaise
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 Shredded cabbage (purple or green)
1 package Whole wheat pitas
What you do:
1) Season the raw chicken strips with cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper
2) Grill chicken.
3) While chicken is cooling chop cucumber and onions. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
4) Combine veggies, chicken, yogurt, lemonaise, chili-garlic sauce, almonds and chili flakes together.
5) Put 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture into half a pita and top with 1/4 cup of shredded cabbage.
6) Enjoy!
