What you need:
Watermelon, cubed
Goat cheese
Fresh jalapeño, sliced
Fresh cilantro leaves
What you do:
1. Cube watermelon in 1-inch cubes
2. Spread goat cheese on top of watermelon covering the watermelon.
3. Put a slice of jalapeño or cilantro leaf on top. Spear with a toothpick.
4. Chill and enjoy!
