From Mom’s Kitchen: This is another recipe passed down from my Mom: Sunita Swaroop. She is one of the best cooks I know and I am so happy I have some of her recipes here for me!
What you need:
3 cups of whole wheat flour
1/5 cup vegetable oil
Up to 1 cup of water
What you do:
1. Knead the ingredients together until it reaches a firm consistency.
2. Roll out dough into disks 3 inches across
3. Heat up oil until it’s very hot.
4. Fry disks until the puff up. Flip them over. Remove from oil.
5. Drain excess oil and enjoy!
