Spicy carrot chips 

2 cup carrots, sliced thin

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon each of cumin, paprika, garlic powder and parsley

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. Slice carrots paper thin


3. In a bowl combine oil and spices  

4. Toss sliced carrots in the spiced oil 

5. Lay the slices in a single layer on a parchment lines cookie sheet 

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp. Watch oven closely.
