Smoothie, Strawberry & Banana

What You Need:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 large banana
1/3 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt (I use Dannon’s Light ‘n Fit)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Water (for your desired consistency

What You Do:
1. Blend all the ingredient to a smooth, creamy consistency and enjoy!
