Cheesy spinach artichoke dip

What you need:
1.5 cups Parmesan cheese mix (I used TJ’s Quatro Formaggio with Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina and Provolone)
7 oz canned artichoke or TJ’s Artichoke Antipasto
6 oz frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
2 large garlic cloves minced
1/2 package light cream cheese
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
Pinch of sea salt

What you do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix a cup of cheese with spinach, artichoke and garlic.
3. With a hand mixer add cream cheese, yogurt, mayo and mayo.
4. Pour into casserole and top with the remaining cheese.
5. Place casserole dish on a cookie sheet (in case of run over) and bake for 30 to 45 minutes). Until cheese is golden and dip is bubbly.
6. Serve hot with crackers, pita chips or toasted bread. Enjoy!
