Spicy sweet potato wedges

These baked sweet potatoes are an excellent source of Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and fiber. 

What you need:

Sweet potato

Olive oil

Garlic salt

Red pepper flakes

What you do: 

1. Preheat over to 400 degrees

2. Slice potato into 1/2 pieces: rounds, wedges or fries

3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic salt and pepper flakes

4. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and potatoes are tender
