Gulab Jamun

What you need:
GITS Gulab Jamun mix

Syrup:
6 cups of sugar
6 cups of water

What you do:
1. Follow the directions on the mix.
2. Make the syrup by combining the sugar and water and boiling for five minutes. Turn off the heat.
3. Make the balls and deep fry them.
4. As soon as they are fried to a golden brown, remove from the oil and place into your still-warm simple syrup.
5. Let them soak in the syrup for 8-10 minutes and remove into your serving dish.
6. When you have all them fried and soaked in syrup, remove into your serving dish.
7. Reheat the remaining syrup and pour over your Gulab Jamun.
8. Serve and enjoy!
