What you need:
1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cups red leaf lettuce, chopped
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 10 pieces
optional: pickles
What you do:
1. Preheat skillet on medium high heat .
2. Combine the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Using about 1 ounce of the meat mixture, make 8 mini patties or meatballs.
4. Grill for about 10 minutes. Allow burgers to rest.
5. Cool slightly to handle.
6. To assemble burgers on toothpick start with a tomato half, pickle, lettuce, cheese and burger. Enjoy!
